Wheel mm is the rollout the trainer reports speed with — 2096 is the KICKR
factory value (700x23c). Raise it and every recorded ride gets faster and longer; lower it and
they shrink. It’s written to the trainer each time this app connects.
⚠︎ The Circumference shift method works by overwriting that same setting, and
the KICKR keeps it permanently — across disconnects and power cycles. Left in a low gear it
will under-report speed and distance on every later ride, even ones this app takes no part in. The
other three methods don’t touch it.
